How We Hire
Every candidate goes through a multi-stage selection: a technical interview with a lead developer, a practical assignment with code review and a trial period on a real project. We assess not just hard skills, but also teamwork ability, communication skills and engineering culture.

We're a remote-first company. We don't have a central office. The team is distributed across several countries and time zones, which provides flexibility and access to top talent regardless of location.
How many people will work on my project?
A typical team is 3-5 people: PM, 2-3 developers and QA. For larger projects, the team can be scaled to 10-15 specialists. The composition is tailored to your project's tasks and technology stack.
What languages does the team speak?
The main working languages are Russian and English. All managers and lead developers are fluent in English. Documentation, commits and technical communication are conducted in English.
How experienced are your engineers?
